I have been trying to make withdrawal for nearly 2 months now and am getting nowhere.
I Have supplied all the requested documentation which has been verified and yet I am still not able to make a withdrawal.
I cannot get a straight answer from the live chat as they are very sparse to reply and when they do they ask for the same documents that have already been verified causing a duplicate email after 4-5 days.
