Verification & payment problems
Hi, I am from Germany and started playing at playojo in the beginning of octobre paying 15€ from my bank account. I have won about 200€ , my total amount is 230,68€. Since the 3rd I try to make a withdrawal, but they always refuse them. I have send more documents than needed to proof my idendity. Because of my ID has expired, I upload more documents like drivers license, certificate of birth approved by german Military, the sign up of the City i live in and the latest Utility Bill. Almost everyday i am chatting with them, the support doesnt answer at all, I wrote several Mails. First they cant accept my drivers license because the upload was bad quality. I made new Fotos, you can see everything and upload them. Then I chatted with them, a Guy called Chris, again and asked if everything is fine. He said it looks good and I should make a new withdrawal. Done it. Last night I received emails from playojo. . . they cant verifiziert my drivers license. So today we chatted again, I have logged it. They say, that I have got the paperversion and no card. I told them, that the drivers license still valid (have to change it 2033). Then say , they only accept cards. I asked, that Chris doesnt mention it, he says it looks good. No answer. Then they say, they cant accept it because of no expiry date. I said, that you can clearly read in german :" Gültigkeit unbefristet", that means, it has no expiry date. So the next reason for not accepting is the expiry date.... but it has none. It's still a valid, official document and it's accepted every where. I played in several casinos and had never such a problem. I offered and uploaded MORE than they needed to proof my identity and after trying to get my money by chatting and writing and uploading documents with personally information about me they still dont pay and always find new reasons, new rules. I offered them to call me, I asked several time for help by mailing the support, but nothing, really nothing happens. I ask you to help me in this case.
