Verification Issues for PlayOjo
Hi I currently have £360 trapped in PlayOjo casino which I am unable to withdraw due to verification issues, I have uploaded various documents to help verify my account & haven’t heard anything back from them in 3 days. I again emailed support last night & I still haven’t heard anything back from them. It’s at the point now where I think their customer service is appalling & I feel like I am being completely ignored by this company. I could really do with that money right now as I am struggling at the moment but I feel like this is some sort of tactic to get me to gamble away what I have won but thankfully I am smarter than that. They were more than happy for me to deposit money with no questions asked & no verification needed but when it comes to me trying to withdraw my money back out of my account it has been a nightmare. I think it’s disgusting how I am being treated right now as a customer & I’m sure I am not the only one who has had this problem. Please help.
