I have withdrawn multiple times in the past. When I go to withdraw now it asks for verification. I submitted the card and it got approved. It then asked for verification but no specific document so I submitted my drivers license and I got an email that it was approved. However on my account it shows it as pending with no date of submission and it is not letting me withdraw. Contacted by email but no response and live chat does not work. I would like this issue to be resolved so I can withdraw.
