I have contacted chat for support from playojo and an email with no reply, I was asked to supply verification documents - proof of funding evidence and photo of card, which I have sent over multiple times, but it has been 3 days now since it states on there website 12 -16 hours. I’ve had no communication back and still waiting to withdraw my 900 pounds I have won.
Would appreciate this being resolved asap.
