Verification and withdrawals, having issues with customer support non-cooperation
I have been wanting to withdraw £300 for the last 3-4 days now and I can’t as I need to re verify my account however it doesn’t tell me what documents I need to send over. I have got my bank details verified and my Photo ID however I still can’t withdraw and I’ve texted on the online chat and emailed several times but I’m getting no reply.
I’m really not happy about this as I would like to withdraw my winnings, they are not helping me at all and their customer service is so bad at the moment it’s unreal! Customer are meant to be their number 1 priority, how? When they never get back in touch with you!
