I have been trying to contact play ojo for a week now, I wanted to withdraw and they asked for documents which I have now sent 3 times, I have emailed and tried to use the online chat which is a robot so just sends me back and forth through the same questions and answers.
I have made withdrawals with them many times, what is taking so long?!
