Verification and withdrawal issues

Hi I won 12,696.50 and after being asked for ID I withdrew the maximum allowed of £5000 then my account was restricted until I sent funding evidence as to where I got my gambling funds from (£100 I deposited) I sent screenshots of everything but were refused so I asked for help and had a phone call and was told to send PDFs of ball statement or tax return as I’m self employed. I sent both PDF of 3 months bank statements, 3 months transactions and a PDF of my last year tax return. All of these were then refused with no explanation, I don’t know what else I can send to prove where I got my money from. I’ve done absolutely everything I’ve been asked to do by the customer service department and they said this would be perfectly fine. I also asked 3 times to make a complaint about the way I feel I’ve been treated and have been ignored. Please can this be sorted asap

Why is it you can reply on here with your lies but you can’t answer me via email about getting my issue solved? I’ve never met a company so bad as these everything they do now is being watched by the gambling commission they have had everything they need from me for over a month and refuse to a reply to my emails. When I do get the odd correspondence it’s usually something ridiculous asking for information I’ve already provided so I reply with proof I’ve already given them what they want then they ignore me for a week again. It would be my advice to people in the uk please don’t deposit money with this company they are on the verge of having their uk license suspended for breaches of it. You can’t win you can only lose they will not pay you your money and when they lose their license you’ve got no chance of getting paid.

Just to clarify then when did you email me last and what did you want me to do? Let’s have the truth on here I’ll post your email and my replies if you want for everyone to see what a complete compulsive liar who ever is making these responses is

Can you delay and withdrawal process
My ID on Playojo ([email protected]) Starting June 2, 2025, and ongoing until July 31, 2025. Although the casino will say I've been at it since October 26th 2024. Their system has been feeding me different stuff from the get-go that being said here my
version.
I received an email telling me here's five hundred dollars to play on we're celebrating 50 million on this platform.
So I started playing. And started having a great time I was winning and having fun. Starting June 9th I put in requests for a withdrawal found out that I had to deposit $100 for verification of approval who I was kyc I believe that's called so I did that kept playing. I have full documentation of all our conversations for me to send them I think would be quite a bit but if need be I can go back and get dates for sure. So I believe June 12th I put in for another withdrawal I was told I had to verify my wallet which was $200.
So I deposited another $200 not taking in consideration the platform fee's. So the casino only recorded a deposit of $193.26
Therefore I didn't hit the $200 requirement to verify my wallet which was my bad I didn't get it right away but I realized that.
I believe on the 12th went on and sent another deposit of $207.66.
With a total of. $505.92 in their system.
So I just complained thinking they would fix it that would it would you know catch up with the system somehow and so I kept playing and I've gotten it up to the total of $615,787.31.
I got to that some and I stopped and I haven't played since I'm still trying to get resolved and resolution to my withdrawal with them admitting that it's all on their side that there should be no excuses I just need help I would like to collect
