I would like to make a withdraw from my account but it wants me to download my credit/debit card. I uploaded this already which was excepted. I even sent passport id, bank statement, drivers licence, e-transfer statement and other credit card info. All was accepted but I still can't withdraw. I been sending message to support for 4 days and all I get is to download document. Please tell me what I need to do here. I think this should be efficient enough proof. I play on other sites and has no problem withdrawing without sending all the information I sent you. Please let me make a withdraw. There is nothing else I can forward as you have all my info.
