Unnecessary verification delays and hurdles
I have been a member of PlayOJO since July 2018 and account sat there until February this year.
On 4th February I deposited money to play and also sent them ID as requested.
ID was verified the same day.
On 6th February I withdraw some winnings (£60) without issue.
On 21st February I had a balance of £450 from winnings that I wanted to withdraw- they placed a hold on my account and requested a payslip to verify source of funds. I submitted this immediately and then on 22nd February they said they wanted 3 months payslips and 3 months bank statements showing wages being paid. I submitted one payslip and then there was no further options to upload any other documents as system tells you to wait until that one verified.
On 23rd February the pay was accepted and they asked for the other documents. I explained on chat and email that their system doesn't allow multiple uploads and the app does not allow PDFs. I advised that I wanted to close the account AND have my balance paid, they have closed account but no withdrawal.
24th February chat agent said they'd request my account be changed to allow multiple documents - this did not happen. Requested confirmation of complaint.
27th February I asked specifically what was needed and how I can get it them. Also requested confirmation that a complaint had been raised.
28th February I was advised to out all my documents in one PDF and upload via desktop - no acknowledgement of complaint.
4th March I have finally managed to make a pdf of all my documents and have uploaded via desktop and requested again confirmation of complaint.
Since the account was closed in 23rd February they are sending me "complimentary" spins daily all the while knowing a) my account is closed and b) I have been attempting to withdraw and complaining.
Chat states they respond in 6 hours which they don't and emails are very sporadically replied to.
I would just like my winnings paid to me so I can rid them out my life.
