I won £3000 about 11 days ago which I chose to withdraw but was asked to submit documents to prove my wage which I submitted and these were approved. I was then e-mailed asking for my IBAN number and BIC number which I gave immediately. Despite numerous conversations and chats with playojo, who all advise me it is being processed, I am yet to receive my money. The account still shows the withdrawal as "player pending".
