Unacceptable withdrawal delay of 6+ days
This morning I have to take my time to write that I am very disappointed with the service at the casino. I signed up two weeks ago, last week I won $ 300. I had sent in all the identity documents the week before. I received an email that everything was perfect! after my win last Tuesday and my withdrawal request, after two days I communicated with them on the chat to say that I had not yet received my refund. They told me it took more than 48 hours until they were sorry. (The standard on the site is 11 hours on average). But after six days of waiting for a mere $ 300 I'm still waiting. It’s very bad customer service. The site is well done I could have played again but with this service I know that if I win, it may not reimburse me and it is so complicated that I do not want to put a single other dollar and I don't still don't have the amount they owe me ...
