Hi, I submitted my documents yesterday and they got verified. I am still unable to withdraw my money. I have tried to reach customer service by live chat and send couple of emails but no one is contacting me. It is quite frustrating when you win an amount of money and cant claim it. I submitted them again even though they were already accepted and verified. Customer service should be available to answer us, it is not easy to get ahold of them at all. I need help please.

it is not in my spam either and i double check and everything is correct… i am just missing the email to accept the funds..
