I currently have £700 in my Ojo account which I am trying to withdraw.
I have been previously asked to verify my ID which I have done, and also got email confirmation that it has been done.
When going to the withdrawal page, I get a pop-up message saying that I am required to verify my registration details.
As I proceed, the page does not specify any documents I need to upload or any withdrawal option.
Please see the attached for reference.
I have sent several emails to the Oyo support address but got no reply, as the live chatbot does not help.
