I've been unable to withdraw my funds for 8 days now. My documents are verified and the site will not allow me to click any options to withdraw. Chat is completely unresponsive and email works at a snail's pace. I've been told multiple times that my issue is being sent to the relevant department but have never actually received any communication from them. After multiple complaints regarding their customer service, I was given a number to call "anytime, 24/7" that was never answered in the 20 attempts I made to call it.

Update: The amount of disputed payments was 1. I received an email that a wire transfer was sent to me today as mentioned by PlayOjo. I will give a final update when/if the transfer is received.
