I am very upset I have sent over my Id and proof of address and won and am unable to take out the money, I have sent them proof of my bank card and still hearing nothing from them.
I have emailed them over 6 times and also tried chatting. But no one is coming back to me.
Please can you help me? I am concerned as I will end up spending the win
