I was asked to upload a document for verification. I have since done this it has been accepted and verified.
I try to withdraw its not asking for any other documents but still won’t allow me to do a withdrawal. I have emailed numerous times but haven’t since had any response.
I have attempted to contact via the live chat but this isn’t actually a live chat it is all automatic responses, there’s no other method to contact support than email which they do not respond to.
