I am unable to make deposits on my PlayOjo account. I have emailed PlayOjo mutliple times over the last month and haven't received so much as a courtesy email to explain why I cannot make any deposits. I do not know why this has happened. In the meantime, I have received two emails telling me that I have rewards, but when I open my rewards there are none there. Please can you help?

Well there is of course the alternative of submitting the requested documents like thousands of other players in the UK do
We have to work within the guidelines and rules of our UK license and you will probably face the same requests from the other licensed casinos you decide to play at in the future. Good luck
