Whenever I attempt to log in I receive the error:
"There was hiccup submitting your details. Please try again later. Super sorry for the inconvenience."
This has gone on for weeks and whenever I submit an email to their support team I receive zero response.
I'd just like to withdraw my remaining balance and move to another site yet I'm unable to do so, or receive a response of any kind on the matter.
