Two weeks has passed since withdrawal request
On June 19th I requested a £60 withdrawal from PlayOJO. On June 23rd I notice an email from them stating the withdrawal couldn't be processed and they'd need information to process it another way. I sent the information needed but forgot to include a bic code so just a few hours later they email me back explaining what happened with the first withdrawal request and asking for the other needed bit of information.
So after sending all the information on June 23rd my withdrawal is still showing in account balance as pending withdrawal and I've emailed them since, tried the chat bot on the app and no one has gotten back to me, since June 23rd.
I've withdrawn before without problems and I'd like them to check their emails from me so they can process my withdrawal.
