Two issues with this operator, but no support avail
So my first complaint is I can't reach anyone from their support. I have used their live chat and emailed them and as a long time customer this casinos support has dropped of the cliff. All I am trying to do is ask which documents they need for verifying my account as I have already verified with them twice before.
2nd issue: I used there promotion today "playojos calendar, winning ticket" on this promotion I won 20 free spins at £1 per spin. The total won from the promotion was £31.60p, however the winnings weren't added to my account. This is another issue I need to contact their non existing support about.
I would love for play ojo to contact me and let me know which documents are required PLEASE and also award my winnings from the above promotion.
