They let me deposit but not to play
I've been a customer of PlayOJO before, but have not played for a while. I logged in and deposited 500SEK which was on my EcoPayz-account, but lo-and-behold when I could not start any game because a pop-up told me to contact support.
I opened a chat, no reply. I tried to withdraw the money because - why let me deposit but not let me play? Weird.
Didn't let me withdraw - of course. Some documents were missing, the UI didn't specify which. I had an old email address tied to the account, I changed all information and verified my new address. This was supposed to be approved within 12 hours. Nothing has been approved for 48 hours.
Still no reply on chat. I emailed them asking for my money back and to close my account. No reply in over 48 hours.
I completely understand the importance of verification purposes, but letting me deposit money and then lock it up not making me play with it or not withdrawing it because of verification purposes is NOT acceptable by any means.
What I want: My money back, for my account to be closed and all my data deleted. I don't want any business with this casino again. Ever.
