They are withholding my money and not answering to my emails
Hi, my name is Andrew <surname removed> and I have been trying to withdraw money from my Playojo account for well over 4 weeks now, in fact the request was submitted on 14th August 2023. Playojo did not send me a request for the documentation initially, I had to contact the chat service which is an automated response, annoyingly. However, upon sending an email to them on 20th August 2023, I did get a response to say I needed to upload the various documents via the website, however, this proved difficult as it would only let me submit two documents at a time, but Playojo required ID for myself, and for the cardholder and also an authorization form and so I had to keep contacting Playojo to unlock the uploading documents tab for me which took several weeks overall. When all the identification was finally approved and accepted, I assumed that the funds would now be released to my account... they were not.
I then had to contact Playojo again to find out why my money had not be released, to which they then requested an authorisation form; again, no problem, this was duly completed by myself and the cardholder and submitted to them by email as requested last week (and again this morning as I have still not received a response), but my funds are still being held onto. I really am at a loss as to where to turn from here as there are no telephone numbers to be able to speak to anyone and it is clear that no one is picking up emails.
The customer service is poor, I just want my money and to close my account. I would be grateful of any help, kindly provide a response if you are able? I look forward to hearing from you shortly.
