lI recently opened an account with PlayOJO making two PayPal deposits of £50. Enjoyed playing the slots for a day or so and found the software and interface to be very pleasing.
Once my account balance had reached £187 I got a pop-up notification asking me to use the live chat facility to contact them to continue playing. Frustratingly, the live chat facility is not replying at all, it's just a bot, and I cannot access the " my account " tab to either deposit, withdraw or upload documents via the KYC portal, as whenever I try, the pop up reappears asking me to use live chat. Very frustrating!
Moreover, there is no customer service phone number I can find that actually works, and so I am unable to contact them at all to flag my issue!
What can I do now? I am beginning to despair.
