I still haven't received any response from my document verification (ID proof and address proof) to my account to withdraw and it has been more than 72 hours since I sent them. It says it usually takes 12h and can take as long as 48h. Waiting this long so I can withdraw not even counting days to get processed is terrible. At least an email telling me it will take longer would be acceptable. What is going on?
