I won £190 2-3 days ago, this whole time PlayOJO allowed me to deposit and withdraw and as soon as I win money they make me verify my documents. I sent verification off and have still heard nothing even after I sent multiple emails and support chats. I need this money, I do not expect to not be able to withdraw my funds. Absolutely disgraceful, feel like I’m being conned.
