After purchasing 2 spins packages from kickers menu. A 20$ and a 36$ kicker for ninja master on the 5th of May. They removed them from from my account. I was in the ninja masters slot machine and a pop up came that asked me if I wanted to play my kickers yet and I hit the X at the top right corner of the pop up which should of put it back in my rewards but was just removed from my account. And now they will not answer me after 2 days of messaging them. This is an outrage
