Made a withdrawal of £450 on 17th December, my account is fully verified. I spoke to someone in chat to find out the progression of my withdrawal to be told my account is on hold and I need to supply bank details and swift code to transfer my winnings. No one emailed me to tell me this!. I immediately gave these details. I email every day, just to be told its with the payment team, we're now on to day 7 and still my winnings are pending. Just feel like I'm being fobbed off constantly.
