I withdrew from to the only method I’ve been using to deposit, I chose this method because I don’t have my PayPal account it’s on hold and unable to use. They told me it was sent to my Apple Pay account and verified this and then they still sent it to my PayPal! I’ve tried to contact them and heard nothing

Hi as you escalated a complaint to ECOGRA the correct thing to do is to wait for a response from them. We replied to them yesterday so hopefully a response will come soon.

Can you send in proof that they have said that? Because after speaking to the team who deal with these sorts of matters they have told me completely different.
If yous has just sent this to the correct payment method and your team didn’t tell me wrong information then this wouldn’t of happened.
