Reversed Withdrawal and Poor Assistance
I requested $1000 for withdrawal then it was reversed i emailed and asked the reason then they replied that ecopayz cant transfer money to master card. Then later on, they asked for my bank details which is i gave. Then requested again for withdrawal then after a day it was reversed again even though i provided all necessary details and even uploaded all the documents that needed for verification. It takes time for them to reply and even chat support is not working. Its kinda frustrating because your expecting your money to be transferred to your account but they keeps sending reversed! reversed!. Without even saying what is the reason. And when finally they replied and tell you the reason no more follow ups from them. I even ask if have any alternative so they can transfer my money but no reply from them and im waiting for response like almost a day but nothing. Its like their customer support can reply only once a day and no one will handle your case for follow up every time you email your concern back to zero and they keeps answering the same thing instead resolving your problem and assisting you for any more questions. It keeps repeating and repeating and your withdrawal always reversed. I felt so unsecured. I can deposit fast but withdrawal? Its like it takes forever for them to process and if have problem no follow ups with them. Up to now no reply from them and i already email them for how many times for assistance.
