Reversed Withdrawal and No Communication for over 48 Hours
Hi there,
On the 3rd of October my withdrawal of £75 was confirmed via an automated email from PlayOJO. The withdrawal request was then reversed on the same day, with the £75 remaining in a state of "Pending Withdrawal". I received another email mentioning the following:
"If you’re dead-set on Wire Transfer, then I’ll need a few bank details written in an email or word doc and sent over:"
The irony is that I never requested a wire transfer. Both my debit card and PayPal account are linked there and ready to go, so I'm really not sure where they got the idea that I wanted a wire transfer, I definitely didn't request that.
I replied to the email simply requesting that they send the withdrawal amount to my PayPal account instead, while also including my PayPal address within the reply. I haven't heard back from them for two days, and that's after a gentle reminder last night too.
The whole thing seems off, as whenever I look for the history of my withdrawal request (under appropriate date windows), I'm presented with a message saying: "We did not find results for your search, please change your search criteria and try again." It's only when I click into "Balance" that I see "Pending Withdrawal" of £75.
I understand that delays can occur, but this specific situation all seems a bit different to me.
