Refuses to respond and withdrawal
I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks for Playojo to first process my withdrawal and now fix the withdrawal. I first contacted them right after I did my withdrawal to confirm the muchbetter account they were sending it to as my phone number changed not long ago. Muchbetter is attached to a phone number for the account and to the instruction from muchbetter I need to create a new account for my new phone number. I sent a message and an email to playojo to confirm this. They never responded. It took them over a week to process the withdrawal which they sent to the wrong much better account.
I contacted much better and they informed me that in fact play ojo did send it to the old account, but they sent an email back to playojo to accept the withdrawal back into my account. I then sent an email to playojo telling them and sending a screenshot of this conversation with muchbetter.
Playojo has since then been avoiding responding to me, lying and saying they never got an email even though much better has repeatedly told me they sent it.
