Refusal to withdrawal funds and prohibited my access to remaining funds
I had written last week after my first withdrawal rejections but did not provide all of the needed evidence. PlayOJO does not appear to have the ability to comply to withdrawals to Mastercard directly.
After being told everything was verified and there was no issue, the third rejection prompted them to direct me to wire transfer. I submitted the wire transfer for 3000sek and was told it would take a few hours to approve… it has now been 36+ hours and 6 days from my initial withdrawal and 5 days (40 customer service emails) since reaching out to them for support to resolve the issues preventing me from accessing my funds.
On top of that, I was no longer given the ability to play with available funds over 60 hours ago with an ambiguous error message that stated “ you cannot play with real money contact customer support”. I did contact support again immediately 60+ hours ago and have received no response as to why I cannot access my funds.
