Refusal to respond regarding withdrawals
I tried to withdraw money a couple of nights ago but was asked to submit documents, never been asked before. I did this and it said up to 12 hours or less. It was taking longer than this and I ended up playing most of the money back but got a bigger win last night. I didn’t want to play anymore so decided to wait and see if they eventually processed the documents.
I eventually got an email this morning, around 30 hours later, saying the documents had been processed. I requested the withdrawal this morning for £4500. The status of the withdrawal says ‘player pending’. I don’t know what this means and would like clarification as I’ve already done what was asked. I also have little faith it will be processed within a decent timeframe based on the documents and what everyone else online is saying. People say they’re waiting weeks/months or are never getting their money. I also wanted to check if the withdrawal will be deposited to the last card I made a deposit with.
Now, the main reason for my complaint. This casino is IMPOSSIBLE to get a response from. They say their live chat responds within a ‘few minutes’. I’ve had no response in nearly 48 hours, despite multiple messages. Social media just gets you an automated response and you may as well not bother sending an email as you’ll be waiting forever for a reply. They will not communicate with you!
I want some clarification on the status of my deposit as it’s frustrating not knowing and I’m starting to worry I might not receive the money…
