I have provided multiple bank statements in multiple formats as my proof of address and made sure they meet all the requirements that were specified in the email. Despite this my proof of address keeps getting declined and I recieve an email stating that it has been accepted. This is very confusing as I recieve both an email that my proof was accepted and that it was declined at the same time.
