    Past two weeks the "Kickers" promotion tab has been gone from my account, not sure if it's been removed purposely but on both the app and website I can't access it. Upon logging in, it loads and shows the Kickers tab and then it disappears. Also the Sunday twister free spin is missing too.
    I've contacted the staff through their built-in support chat and have sent them an email regarding this and they said they'd look into it but no changes yet.
    This is going to be twice now that I've missed out on the Sunday twister free spin and weeks worth of kickers.

    We are still checking what can be the issue with you not seeing the Kickers and apologies for any inconvenience.
    Regarding the prize twister free spin, this is added with a deposit and your last deposit was 10th of July . The last twister prize was then given on the 24th July.

    I have never had to deposit to get the Sunday free twister spin, there is a kicker where if you deposit you get a winning spin the next day. I'm talking about the free Sunday twister which I used to get a prompt from upon logging in on Sundays, didn't have to deposit.
    Any form of promotion has just been stripped from my account and if you could get me access to them again that would be brilliant, much appreciated.
