11 hours for processing have passed and nothing changed... Initial contact was good but since then and several messages later no more contact just have to sit and wait now to see how long it takes them to process my withdrawal. 24 live chat no existent. Twitter and facebook messages were not picked up or email responded to. Very frustrating... quick to take deposits but not to hand over winnings.
