I have sent multiple emails , Twitter dm’s and used live chat with OJO however they do not respond when I chase and ask about withdrawals and my verification. I’ve sent them all the correct documents but they refuse to let me withdraw my winnings or verify my account in over a week. I have sent generic query emails to test and get a reply straight away I send an email regarding them withholding my money and get ignored , I must have sent 20 messages and they refuse to let you withdraw winnings!
