Playojo will not enable me to verify my account and thus refuse to withdraw

I joined PlayOjo 2 weeks ago, deposited and played for a few hours before withdrawing - I am always skeptical of online casinos so use this process to make sure they are reliable before properly playing. Upon withdrawal they asked me to supply documents which I have done many times for other casinos with no issues. However, here I supplied a recent bank balance sheet (within the last 3 months) for both 'proof of address' and 'proof of funding'. It was accepted for 'proof of address' but could not be used as proof of funding as duplicates are not allowed. However I am a university student and do not get payslips for my part time work so could not submit an alternative. I emailed the next day to ask how to solve this but received no reply. I explained that if they simply put the document to 'proof of funding' that I would be able to provide an address alternative. I have since been in chat every day since to explain this situation asking for guidance or alternatives but they always send generic replies such as 'I can see a withdrawal pending because you have not confirmed all documents'. I have explained this problem in email 3 different times and I am still yet to receive a response over a week later. I am confident they are expecting me to give up and therefore get to keep the money I am entitled to but I will not. I am a university student so money is extremely valuable to me, I play small stakes on betting sites simply for entertainment. Although the withdrawal is not a lot of money, the handling of this situation and complete lack of replies is shocking and I have not experienced this on any other casinos. I simply want to withdraw my money but am unable to as I can only submit bank documents or student finance (which was also rejected) but they are not allowing me to do so and offer no alternative.

I am willing to remove this complaint if I get my money or at least a proper response/solution back but am appalled at the customer service currently.

You’ve rejected the document as a duplicate despite it being EXACTLY what you asked and this being the very same issue to begin with for accepting a document for proof of address and not funds. I’ve submitted many bank statements in pdf form what is your issue?

That last one was absolutely perfect for what you requested and you accepted it for proof of address and not proof of funds??? Guys please just let me withdraw my funds in the account you are giving absolutely no ability for me to provide correct proof. Every other app ever has accepted this - it was a pdf, within 3 months, showing balance of in and out and even had an accompanying student finance document and it was just instantly rejected! Come on

Hi. I have submitted multiple documents that keep being rejected without reason - i have now sent a full bank statement in pdf form exactly as requested. If this is latest attempt is rejected i genuinely have not got a clue what you want.

Can you delay and withdrawal process
My ID on Playojo ([email protected]) Starting June 2, 2025, and ongoing until July 31, 2025. Although the casino will say I've been at it since October 26th 2024. Their system has been feeding me different stuff from the get-go that being said here my
version.
I received an email telling me here's five hundred dollars to play on we're celebrating 50 million on this platform.
So I started playing. And started having a great time I was winning and having fun. Starting June 9th I put in requests for a withdrawal found out that I had to deposit $100 for verification of approval who I was kyc I believe that's called so I did that kept playing. I have full documentation of all our conversations for me to send them I think would be quite a bit but if need be I can go back and get dates for sure. So I believe June 12th I put in for another withdrawal I was told I had to verify my wallet which was $200.
So I deposited another $200 not taking in consideration the platform fee's. So the casino only recorded a deposit of $193.26
Therefore I didn't hit the $200 requirement to verify my wallet which was my bad I didn't get it right away but I realized that.
I believe on the 12th went on and sent another deposit of $207.66.
With a total of. $505.92 in their system.
So I just complained thinking they would fix it that would it would you know catch up with the system somehow and so I kept playing and I've gotten it up to the total of $615,787.31.
I got to that some and I stopped and I haven't played since I'm still trying to get resolved and resolution to my withdrawal with them admitting that it's all on their side that there should be no excuses I just need help I would like to collect
