Playojo will not enable me to verify my account and thus refuse to withdraw
I joined PlayOjo 2 weeks ago, deposited and played for a few hours before withdrawing - I am always skeptical of online casinos so use this process to make sure they are reliable before properly playing. Upon withdrawal they asked me to supply documents which I have done many times for other casinos with no issues. However, here I supplied a recent bank balance sheet (within the last 3 months) for both 'proof of address' and 'proof of funding'. It was accepted for 'proof of address' but could not be used as proof of funding as duplicates are not allowed. However I am a university student and do not get payslips for my part time work so could not submit an alternative. I emailed the next day to ask how to solve this but received no reply. I explained that if they simply put the document to 'proof of funding' that I would be able to provide an address alternative. I have since been in chat every day since to explain this situation asking for guidance or alternatives but they always send generic replies such as 'I can see a withdrawal pending because you have not confirmed all documents'. I have explained this problem in email 3 different times and I am still yet to receive a response over a week later. I am confident they are expecting me to give up and therefore get to keep the money I am entitled to but I will not. I am a university student so money is extremely valuable to me, I play small stakes on betting sites simply for entertainment. Although the withdrawal is not a lot of money, the handling of this situation and complete lack of replies is shocking and I have not experienced this on any other casinos. I simply want to withdraw my money but am unable to as I can only submit bank documents or student finance (which was also rejected) but they are not allowing me to do so and offer no alternative.
I am willing to remove this complaint if I get my money or at least a proper response/solution back but am appalled at the customer service currently.
