Recently made a withdrawal request from Playojo, waited a few hours as this is their normal procedure to process within few hours. My account is fully verified and not had the issue prior to this, i reached out to customer support only to get the same response stating that their sorry for the delay and should be processed after standard checks carried out! It has now been 2 days and still ongoing they not doing anything at all about it and it is frustrating.
