On 6th May 2022, I played live blackjack on the PlayOJO site. PlayOJO had a technical fault which resulted in the winnings from double downs and splits not being paid out. In all £20 that was owed to me was not paid.
I have contacted PlayOJO many times. Usually they do not reply, occasionally they will reply but are not helpful.
I compiled a list of the hands where the fault occurred, complete with the session and game IDs, and sent it to PlayOJO. Several times via email and Twitter.
The money still has not been paid into my account. They say they have to wait for the game provider to get back to them but It's been more than four months.
