I want to withdraw my £250.
They asked for ID.
I provided birth certificate as requested.
I provided bank card as required.
I provided council tax letter as requested.
I provided proof of income as required.
I provided everything and still they won't update my account as verified so I can not withdraw my funds.
I am getting lots of emails some saying hoorah you are verified and others saying no you are not verified.
I have no idea what they want or doing I have provided all ID as requested and required.
