PlayOJO is giving me the run around on my withdrawl
Hello so I made a PlayOJO account my 1st deposit was a meesly $40 Canadian which didn’t last too long and maybe a month later on Nov.21 I got an email for free spins depending on how much you deposit up to $60 for 150 spins. With these free spins I won a decent chunk and my balance was over $500. I played a bit more lost some and decided to withdraw $400 on Nov.23. I submitted all required documents and everything seemed like it was going fine however I still haven’t received anything. So I messaged the support on Dec.6 and got a quick reply saying that my withdrawal was accepted so I asked how long it’ll take till I get it and the next email said it was “completed”. So naturally I checked my bank account and didn’t see anything so I sent screenshots showing my deposit to PlayOJO and how I haven’t received anything. I got a response back Dec.8 saying that it was escalated to the payment department and haven’t heard anything back since.
Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated!
