I have withdrawn £100 on Sunday 11th September and its still pending. I have tried to email support twice had no response at all.
I have £400 in my account that I would also like to withdraw but am unable too until the current withdrawal as been completed.
I just want my money then I will close the account customer services are not great.

Many thanks i appreciate you have protocol to go through but may I say that if you had real people on your 'live chat' has a pose to BOTs this would be very helpful and wouldnt have had to come to me involving ASKGAMBLERS for help in this matter, your email reply times are ridiculous also if you made effort you reply in a more timely fashion I am sure you wouldn't get as much bad press.

Thats great i have also withdrawn the other £400 now with the same bank details so if you would be so kind to process that also ASAP
