Pending withdrawal for 72hrs and no response from support
Saturday morning I had a reasonable win and set about a withdrawal of £1206 - I have never had any issue previously with withdrawals always happening in a timely fashion. However still nothing by Monday evening now I did email support as I realised I no longer have access to the email address I registered with so could have missed any messages if there was an issue - I confirmed my original email, username and new email along with a selfie photo with Photo ID as advised by the chat bot but had no response and withdrawal is still sat at Player Pending and I can’t get hold of anyone to see why as chat just says there are delays of upto 6 hours for anyone to come online.
All documentation has been previously uploaded so don’t see why that should be an issue.
I’ve never had cause for complaint previously so am surprised and concerned at the current situation and am hoping I can get it rectified with some assistance.
