I have recently tried to withdraw my winnings after winning a good amount, but for last 2 weeks it says “you have reached the maximum number of pending withdrawals” even though I have not made a withdrawal in nearly a month.
I’ve tried emailing support and I’ve had no response in the 2 weeks I’ve tried to get an answer for this.

We have paid two amounts
The amount of 12.6 GBP was paid on 9/9/2022.
and we have now just paid the request from yesterday - 70 (GBP)
