Payment time frame is up and still no withdrawal or feedback
24 hours have passed since I put in my skrill withdrawal request, and every-time I have visited the support for what is happening exactly the same responses are copied and pasted too all questions. Each agent says they are putting in a request to speed the process up but not one of those 6 requests i believe was even submitted as still all I get response is I am sorry for the delay your request is at the payments team and you should receive it shortly. As a player here since OJO launched, fully verified & having completed a large amount of withdrawals in past even the manager I was connected to had exactly the same copied and pasted replies which is really not what I expect to hear from a manager.
