Hello i originally been waiting for a payment since the 26th of december however i cancelled it then on the 28th of december i won £1300 and it has still not been processed and insisting to reverse i have been on to live help many times about this as all i get is it will be dealt with soon it will be dealt with shortly it wont be long now the policy of this is that payments are dealt within 11 hours total combined hours i have been waiting is nearly 48 hours 4x the average wait time i just want to know when my money will be processed and sent to me i feel i have no choice and coming to ask gamblers is my final option as i get no sense from the chat people at OJO

Hi

i checked your account and see that your withdrawal was processed to your Credit card on the 30th Dec. You got email notification at the time that this was done

Once we do this the ''delay'' or time it takes to reach your account is the responsibility of your bank/credit card company. And because of the holidays ALL banks are warning of slight delays.

The reason for us taking a few days longer initially is because you cancelled the withdrawal. When you do this any new withdrawal request starts from the beginning with all the automated checks running from the beginning again causing further delay.

So if there is anyone to chase it should be your Credit card company
