I’ve sent documents in to verify my account two weeks ago and they was accepted then later not accepted with no explanation why. I have sent more documents in and have not had anything back about them.
On the app it says it should take 12 hours to be verified if not in 48 hours email.
I’ve tried emailing 3 times but have had no response there’s no contact number and the live support is a robot so weren’t much help.
