I've always withdrawn with no issues. Now I'm trying to withdraw £500. They are asking me for Photo I'D which I currently do not have and suggest that I contact the crew to discuss what other documents I could use.
I have emailed and live chat but no response as of yet. I have submitted different letters in my name and address and also copies of my bank card.
I just don't know what I'm supposed to do can someone please help?
